Heidi Molina holds a law degree from the University of Chile and a master’s degree in Regulatory Law; she specializes in the Chilean energy market and administrative law. She is currently the CEO and founder of Energía Áurea Consultores, a professor in the Diploma Program in Electricity Sector Regulation at the University of Chile’s Energy Center, and the director of the associations CIGRE Chile and Mujeres en Energía Chile. She has an outstanding track record in processing electricity concessions, optimizing open-access processes for transmission networks, and developing defense strategies for regulatory sanctions before the SEC, among other areas. Her experience integrates public, private, and academic perspectives for the development of electrical infrastructure projects and support for public energy policies.
