Juan Carlos has over 20 years of experience in investment banking having worked for leading companies in the sector (Enron, Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas). Throughout his career he has specialized in the energy and infrastructure sector. He is the founding partner of AtZ Investment Partners, a financial advisory boutique dedicated to M&A, project finance, debt advisory and restructuring focused in Spain and Latam. AtZ is also Partner of BME’s (Bolsas y Mercados Españoles) Pre-Market program Juan Carlos actively participates in seminars and forums, promoting debates on liquidity, financing and bankability in the renewable sector in Spain and several Latin American countries.
