Journalist and Minor in Contemporary History from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and Master in Economic Regulation from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has developed his career for more than 20 years in the energy sector, both in the public and private sectors, working in different areas that have allowed him to have a broad and comprehensive vision of the industry.

Currently, he is Executive Director of Empresas Eléctricas A.G., a union that brings together the main electricity distributors in Chile, which supply more than 97% of regulated users nationwide.
